The membership application timeline is calculated on a case-by-case basis. This is dependent on your membership type, conditions and whether a competency assessment is required.

Information on your membership assessment will be provided in the confirmation email sent once you’ve submitted your application.

In Australia, roles in the engineering profession fall within three occupational categories. A fourth occupational category is available for the purposes of migrant skills assessment.

 

Pricing is determined by your membership grade and whether you need a competency assessment.

If you join mid year, we will pro-rata the fee on a monthly basis so that you only pay for the months you’re with us.
